Lost or Stolen Card

Act quickly to reduce your risk of fraud

When you can't find your important cards, it's easy to panic and expect the worst. But we're here for you. Let us know what happened and we'll make sure your cards are cancelled. And then we'll work getting you a new card, as soon as possible.

If you're reporting after normal hours, please call us at these numbers for immediate card cancellation

Debit and Visa Credit Cards: 800.449.7728 (in the U.S.) or 00.1.410.581.9994 (outside the U.S. - call collect and Visa accepts charges)

Please use this form to report your card lost or stolen

Do not include account/social security numbers or other sensitive information
