Sometimes an issue calls for a good old-fashioned paper form. It's easy to send or receive a wire transfer to your Andrews Federal account. Simply fill out our form and send it to [email protected].

Domestic Wire Transfers

We can help whether you're sending money to someone within the states or overseas.

Download and fill out our Wire Request Form. You will need to provide a copy of your unexpired state issued driver's license or passport. Send the completed form to one of the following:

  • Email the completed form to [email protected]
  • Log in to Digital Banking and send the form via a secure message 
  • Mail your completed form to: Attention Support Services, 5711 Allentown Road Suitland, MD 20746
  • Visit the nearest branch for assistance

Wire money to your Andrews Federal account

Every once in a while you need to send money fast.

Send a wire transfer request to the other financial institution and ask them to wire funds to Andrews Federal Credit Union. Wire deposits can be made to your savings, checking or Money Market Savings Account.

Log in to Digital Banking and go to 'Account Services', then go to 'Manage Alerts', and 'New Alert'.

A general power of attorney may be accepted, but must be reviewed and approved by a branch manager. 

If you received a notification in regards to a failed login attempt (invalid password) that was not instituted by you, we recommend that you immediately change your username and change your password.

Log in to Digital Banking and go to Main Menu/Card Services, then Card Management, and select the image of your card, then toggle the Enable/Disable Card option.

To dispute a debit card transaction, log into digital banking. Under the Accounts section, select each transaction that contains an error and click on the kebab (three dots) to choose "Dispute Transactions."

Log in to Digital Banking and go to 'Card Services', then 'Card Management', and select Enable/Disable Card.

Yes. To place a travel notification on your account, log into digital banking go to 'Card Service', and then go to 'Card Management', and go to 'Card Details' OR go to 'Travel Notifications'.
