Coming Soon: Your New Andrews Federal Website
Because we know how important online access is to our members, we’ve been working to update and enhance our website, providing you an all-new, streamlined experience when you visit andrewsfcu.org. We’ll roll out the new site for members in early December, and we are excited to share the updates that are designed to make your financial life easier.
Why is Andrews Federal Creating a New Website?
More than three-quarters of adults prefer online or mobile banking to manage their money. As your financial institution, we take those numbers seriously and have invested time and resources to ensure you have access to the best technology and information when you interact with Andrews Federal.
We want to make sure you have access to:
- Clear, easy-to-use digital tools, like Online Banking and the Mobile Banking app.
- Easy access to the information you need to make financial decisions.
- An unrivaled experience however you choose to interact with your credit union, whether it’s on the website, through our Member Contact Center or in your local branch.
Our new website makes it easier for you to get access to the information you need, while also continuing to deliver the safe, secure financial management experience you’ve come to expect from our Digital Banking.
How The Site Will Change
One of our biggest changes to our website is an enhanced focus on getting information quickly and easily. We want members, and potential members, to be able to streamline the process of getting information so when they’re ready to make a financial move, they can do it within minutes.
When you visit the new site, you’ll see:
- An updated, modern design that loads faster and makes it easier to access information on all devices.
- Simplified navigation so you can find what you need more quickly, whether you want to join the credit union as a new member, apply for an auto loan, or open a checking account.
- Content tailored to different life stages and financial decision making processes. When you are seeking information about life stages or transitions, you can count on our site to provide information that helps you map out your next steps (mortgage, military permanent change of station (PCS), etc.).
- An enhanced Learning Hub will provide all-in-one-place access to financial guides, calculators, and articles, so you can feel better prepared and more confident making financial decisions.
- A spotlight on our community partnerships to show how our team lives out the credit union’s mission, vision and values every day.
When Will the New Site Go Live?
The new site will launch in on Tuesday evening, December 9, 2025. We’ll continue to provide updates as we lead up to the launch, including a sneak preview of the site.
There should be no interruption of service when the new site is launched. You will still be able to access Digital Banking using your same log-in credentials, so you can continue to manage your finances anytime and anywhere that suits you.
